My Values

I believe there is a difference between looking at wildlife and truly seeing it.

The photographs I am most drawn to are often the moments between the moments. The quiet interactions, relationships and ordinary moments that reveal something about an animal's life beyond the photograph. Beauty matters. Light matters. But ultimately, I want those things to make us stop long enough to truly see the animal.

Because when we see an animal differently, we begin to care differently about what happens to it and the wild places it depends upon.

That belief shapes not only the photographs I make, but how I make them. Wildlife always comes first. I believe in observing rather than interfering, respecting an animal's space and behaviour, and never prioritizing a photograph over its welfare.

It also shapes how I share my work and work with others. Whether someone encounters wildlife through one of my photographs, joins me in the field, or works with me through mentorship, I want the experience to be grounded in respect, curiosity and genuine connection.

Wildlife first, always.

We are a family business

My family supports the day-to-day business operations, which means they know me, they know my values, and they are committed to bringing a personal touch to every aspect of my work, from the wildlife photography tours I lead to the original prints and merchandise we create.

That matters to me because the way people experience my business should reflect the same care I bring to my photography. Whether someone purchases a print, joins me in the field, or works with me through mentorship, I want the experience to feel personal, thoughtful and carefully considered.

It is one of the reasons meaningful personal connection and meticulous attention to every detail sit alongside exceptional photography and wildlife first as promises I make through my brand.
