Location Grasslands National Park, Saskatchewan, Canada

Description It was early morning and I was out before sunrise photographing burrowing owls. Lying still on the ground at about 50ft from an owl I noticed movement out of the corner of my eye. Looking up I saw a coyote passing behind the owl along the edge of the coulee before disappearing down its slope.
